Easy Beauty And The Beast Tea Set

Who is excited to see the new Beauty and the Beast movie?? This girl right here! I can’t help it, I love Disney movies. If for some reason you haven’t heard about it or seen the trailer check it out here.

Echo has always love to play with those little plastic tea sets and pretend food. When she grew out of that stage and stopped playing with them I thought it might be time for a big girl tea set so we can still have tea parties. I found this 20 piece porcelain set online around Christmas time. I started working on it then but both of my kiddos received way too much for Christmas so I decided to save it and wait. With the Beauty and the Beast movie coming out I thought it was a great time to show my tutorial and give her the tea set.

Please watch this video of how I decorated the tea set.

To make the eyes and mouth I use vinyl and my Silhouette Cameo to do it. If you don’t have a machine you can also create a stencil and paint them on.

I then used regular nail polish to paint the rest of the dishes. It’s that easy.

I made Chip, Mrs. Potts, and decorated the rest of the cups.

Echo loves this set and I love that it is teaching her to be responsible and take good care of her belongings. I can’t wait for our next tea party.
